Kannotion 是一個將你的 Notion 看板顯示在瀏覽器新分頁的 Chrome 擴充功能。我們非常重視你的隱私，本政策說明 Kannotion 如何處理你的資料。

### 我們收集哪些資料

Kannotion 在你的裝置上儲存以下資料，**僅用於提供擴充功能本身的功能**：

- **Notion API Token**：用來代表你讀取與更新 Notion 資料。
- **資料庫設定**：你選擇的資料庫 ID，以及狀態／優先級／到期日的屬性對應。
- **看板資料快取**：為加速載入而暫存的資料庫結構（schema）。
- **介面偏好**：你選擇的主題與深色模式設定。

### 資料如何儲存

- 上述所有資料都**只儲存在你本機的 `chrome.storage.local`**，不會上傳到我們或任何第三方的伺服器。
- 我們**沒有**任何後端伺服器，也**不會**收集、傳輸或販售你的個人資料。

### 資料傳輸對象

- Kannotion 唯一會連線的外部服務是 **Notion 官方 API（`https://api.notion.com`）**，用來讀取與更新你授權的看板資料。
- 你的 Notion API Token 只會以授權標頭的形式傳送給 Notion，不會傳送到其他任何地方。

### 第三方分享

- 我們**不會**將你的資料分享給任何第三方。
- Kannotion **不含**任何分析工具、廣告或追蹤碼。

### 你的控制權

- 你可以隨時在擴充功能的「設定」中更換資料庫或更新設定。
- 移除（解除安裝）擴充功能時，所有儲存在 `chrome.storage.local` 的資料都會一併刪除。
- 你也可以隨時到 [Notion Integrations](https://www.notion.so/my-integrations) 撤銷或刪除對應的 API Token。

Kannotion is a Chrome extension that displays your Notion Kanban board in the browser's New Tab page. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how Kannotion handles your data.

### What we collect

Kannotion stores the following data **on your device only**, solely to provide the extension's functionality:

- **Notion API token** — used to read and update Notion data on your behalf.
- **Database configuration** — your selected database ID and the status / priority / due-date property mappings.
- **Board data cache** — a temporarily cached database schema to speed up loading.
- **UI preferences** — your selected theme and light/dark mode.

### How data is stored

- All of the above is stored **only in your local `chrome.storage.local`**. It is never uploaded to us or to any third party.
- We operate **no backend server** and **do not** collect, transmit, or sell your personal data.

### Where data is sent

- The only external service Kannotion contacts is the **official Notion API (`https://api.notion.com`)**, to read and update the board data you have authorized.
- Your Notion API token is sent only to Notion, as an authorization header, and nowhere else.

### Third-party sharing

- We **do not** share your data with any third party.
- Kannotion contains **no** analytics, advertising, or tracking code.

### Your control

- You can change databases or update your configuration at any time in the extension's Settings.
- Uninstalling the extension deletes all data stored in `chrome.storage.local`.
- You can revoke or delete the API token at any time at [Notion Integrations](https://www.notion.so/my-integrations).
